Tree Dedication for career complete Rotarians, 20 May 9:00 a.m.Join us on Saturday, 20 May when we commemorate the lives and service to the community of three of our "career complete" Rotarians who have departed this Rotary year. The ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m at the Tenth Avenue Park as we mark the planting of red oak trees for Dan Schilling, Ted Sexton, and George Berg, all long time members of the Leavenworth Rotary who contributed their sweat and service to a better community. Our club will do our monthly park clean-up at 8:00 a.m that morning, so many of us will be there in our work clothes, helping to maintain the cleanliness of the park, a very fitting tribute to the types of service of these three Rotarians. I hope you can come out and join the families to celebrate their lives.
